What is a sculptural bar?

Sold under such brands such as Gaiam®, Valeo® and Body Bar®, the sculptural bar of body sculpture is a piece of power training equipment available in different weights and can be used to perform a wide range of exercises, from the lung to the bicepe curls. It is offered in weights from three to up 25 pounds, usually three or four feet and up to two inches in diameter and is often closed in a rubber for comfortable grip. This kind of exercise equipment is popular for its comfort in clubs of health and home gym because it easily stores and does not require the connection of weight plates to the bar. This is also widely considered user -friendly and is preferred by newcomers and advanced exercises.

The sculptural bar of the body can be integrated into strength training as a replacement for other free weight equipment such as dumbbells. When performing squats or outages, it can be placed across the shoulderodities to their own body weight.
