What is the chakra asan?

Asana chakra is a yoga pose, also known as posture as the word "chakra" is a Sanskrit word for "bike". This asana is often referred to as urdhva dhanurasana , which is literally translated from Sanskrit into English as a "ascending bow". In this pose of yoga, the body enters the backbend and creates the shape of a wheel or bow. In addition to stretching and strengthening different parts of the body, this posture stimulates the body of the hormonal glands, increases energy and can be beneficial for diseases such as asthma and osteoporosis.

Enter Chakra Asan, starts in a corpse or savasana lying and upside down. During the exhaled knees, the foot is slowly bent and the foot heels are brought up to meet the buttocks. The palm trees are placed on the ground next to the head with the fingers in the direction of the shoulders and arms naturally. Through slow inhalation, a person enters the position by pressing the legs and hands into the floor to raise the body to the ceiling. Eventually the back should be arched like a bow, arms should be straight and alsoOrganic among each other and the head should be outside the floor.

As with many yoga exercises, students should hold the chakra asanas for at least five seconds or if they can. Repetition of posture three to five times provides maximum advantage. For the challenge, the backbend can be deepened slowly by moving your feet closer to the hand. The position is completed by perverting the order of the steps to complete the session in Corps Pose or Savasana . Since the chakra Asana is one of the more demanding attitudes of yoga, students may need to use blocks to support hands or feet if necessary. Easier variation of the Asana chakra is the bridge of posse or set Banda Sarvangasana in which the buttocks are raised from the floor while the head and arm remain on the ground.

Asana chakra stretches the chest, lungs and spine and at the same time strengthens a large part of the upper body and lower body. Stimulates thyroid and pituitary gland andIncreases energy by excitement of the cardiovascular system, leading to better blood circulation in the central nervous system. It has been said that this position may have therapeutic effects on diseases such as asthma, infertility and even menstrual pain, along with back and waist pain, headaches and osteoporosis.
