What is a chicken lollipop?

Chicken lollipop is a way of preparing the chicken wing, so all the meat from one of the segments is in the ball at one end of the wing bone. The bone area from which the chicken has been scraped emerges from the meat ball as a lollipop and can be used as a handle for eating food, or it can be simply a decorative element for final plating. Food is Chinese and Indian food and can be eaten as a snack, side dish or as a main course. The chicken lollipop can be marinated, coated and deep fried or cooked without additional flavors. It is traditionally served with some type of sauce, such as soy sauce with garlic and ginger or honey mustard. The chicken wing is first cut on each joint and creates three pieces of meat. The tip of the wing, which has almost no meat on it, can be discarded. The remaining two segments can change into a chicken lollipop, although a central piece with two bones requires more time and skill.

The meat is carefully scraped off the bone with a knife and pushes it down to the end of the wing segment. With some pressure, the meat is collected at the bottom and leaves the upper half of the wing bone bare and uncovered. For the central wing segment, smaller bones must be cut before the meat is pushed down. Once the meat is for this section on the bottom of the bone, its part is inverted inwards and forms a thick ball.

Some chefs are completely cut off by exposed wing bones of chicken lollipops, giving it a much cleaner and professional look. Other times, the remaining pieces of meat, tendons and tendons can be left to the bones to give it a rustic look. If it is grilled, grilled or cooked at a high temperature, the bones can be wrapped in aluminum from preventing it from burning.
