What is immersion?

The submerged belt is a buckle device that allows weight to crush weight, increase the difficulty and load for different exercises, including drop and pull-ups. Most submerged belts are made of leather or severe nylon with attaching the chain to the closed belt. The submerged belt does not secure safely to the waist, but rather remains half, as the hanging weight keeps the belt firmly. The immersion of the belt is generally used in conjunction with different free weights known as dumbbells .

Basically, the immersion belt performs the same function as a rope or string, and this is exactly what some people use in the loop at the next weight during exercise. However, the rope can be unpleasant and even painful, as the added weight can cause it to dig into the skin. The immersion is much wider around the back and offers greater convenience by distributing pressure to a larger area.

The most popular exercises performed with plunge are decreases and pull-ups. Immerse includes a graspable set of sticks orAbout rings, with shoulders locked over the hands and torso above the bars, and then slowly drop until the upper arms are roughly parallel to the ground, at this point the exercise is pushing back up. This exercise focuses on the chest, shoulder and arms muscles that must stabilize and then raise the entire weight of the body.

pulling includes hanging under a set of sticks or rings and simply pulling your own until the chin is above the bar. This exercise also includes the use of one's body as a weight and focuses on the back, shoulders and arms muscles. In both cases, a natural and obvious restriction occurs when the practitioner proceeds around the point where his own body weight is sufficient to make the exercise demanding. This is when it becomes a necessary belt.

Thriksing Weights Surge and let them hang between your legs, you can add up to several pounds or kilograms to their load and up to several pounds (20 kg) boards. EspeciallyFor use with decreases, the dazed belt can offer a safe alternative form of training of the upper body strength training compared to exercises such as bench press, in which the entire weight raised weight is located higher and not under the body. In addition, as soon as the scales touch the ground, the belt tends to relax, which means that exercise is rarely tied or dangerously prevents
