What is a double crust cake?
Double crust cake is just a cake with two crusts. You will find many individual cakes such as pecans and pumpkins, as well as many spicy cakes such as Quiches made with the lower bark. Occasionally, the deep cake has the upper bark and not the bottom. This is also the case of some mass cakes.
