What is the foot machine?

A brief foot machine is a piece of exercise equipment that isolated hamstrings. It consists of a bench on which the athlete lies, face down and a padded bar that fits through the heels of the athlete. This rod provides resistance, because the athlete bends his knees, so the legs turn and control the legs towards the buttocks. Many of the foot curls also have another rod, which also allows the user to carry out the legs. Sometimes an athlete uses a machine to ripple legs to work each foot individually, and sometimes both legs work simultaneously. When the athlete lies on it, his legs should hang at the end of the bench just above the knees. The bench is padded and will often have some handles on the underside that the athlete can hold when performing exercises. These handles provide stability and ensure that the athlete does not say from side to side when the machine.

the second important part of the foot machine is the rod that ktEr is attached to one end of the bench on one movable joint. Sometimes this lane has an extension that allows athletes to place weight directly on it. Other ripple of the legs use a chord and flap system to attach the molding to a set of mass boards that the athlete can adjust using a pin. Either way, the bar is stuffed and extends far enough from the bench that when the athlete is in the right position and lies with his feet straight, the bar is on the back of the calves just above the heel.

In order to make the curls of the legs, the athlete occupies the right position and then tightens the hamstrings to bend the knees. If you do, it will bring your feet towards the buttocks. If the machine has handles, the athlete should stick to them or, if it does not do so, should hug the bench to provide the necessary stability. Also, the athlete must ensure that his body remains flat against the bench without lifting the buttocks or thighs from the bench. Once the legs bend as much as possible, the athlete lowersThe weight backs back to the original position.
