What are Airobics?
Airobics is a low impact form of exercise performed on a trampoline. It has been shown that this unique method of cardiovascular training burns up to 1000 calories per hour and is taught in gyms and health clubs around the world. Typical routine Airobics exercises include ten minutes of heating, 30 minutes of intensive training and ten minutes of cooling. These arenas include a large room where the floor is literally connected by a number of trampolines. Traditional trampolines can be used in a smaller gym environment. However, the exercise focuses on movements that can only be performed on a trampoline or in a trampoline arena. The feeling of jumping high into the air with full support under the feet lends enthusiasm. More importantly, however, the movement of the body on the trampoline promotes better balance and coordination in addition to the effects of training with calories.
In the heating phase of the Airobics exercise mode, the instructor will lead the class in a line afterLow -impact moves for the body to prepare for stricter exercise. This could include lunges or squats on a trampoline or create a staircase bare to warm your feet. Ensuring that the legs are strengthened and ready to support the body weight while jumping is an integral part of the success of airobics.
During the Airobics Class training period participants perform any number and combination of activities. Jumping connectors and jumping into the air is just a few exercises that can be performed. Participants may also be advised to join the ball with the neighbor to throw the ball back and forth while jumping.
Airobics cooling phase allows the body to stop healthy after the main training intensity. During this period, push-ups, sit-ups and side boards on the trampoline are common. The cooling, which lasts just a little more than ten minutes, encourages heart rate to slowly return to normal so that the participants can restore their renewed and refreshing day.
