What is anaerobic power?

Anaerobic force is the energy that is stored in the muscles and can be accessed without the use of oxygen. This type of power, the phosphogen system and the lactic acid system use two systems. Human beings use this form of energy in short explosions that cannot be maintained for more than two minutes.

The human body produces energy in two ways: aerobic and anaerobically. The aerobic force, which is the primary energy system of the body, relies on oxygen, which is transported by the respiratory and circulatory system. People use aerobic power for most activities, from walking to park to running in a marathon. Anaerobic force, on the other hand, is generated without the use of oxygen. It is only used when the body is pushed by the body as hard as it can, in short, but strong movements, such as when sprinting, jumping or rocking a golf club. There is only about one to four seconds of ATP, and then a creatine phosphate (PC) that can synthesize anotherATP for another 15 seconds. Then the lactic acid or glycosis system begins and produces energy by breaking carbohydrates. While these systems run, the body uses more energy than it can replenish, and this can lead to convulsions, fatigue and accumulation of lactic acid.

athletes train hard to improve their anaerobic energy capacity and reduce their relies on their aerobic endurance. By building their ability to use energy systems that do not require oxygen, athletes can push harder than aerobic activity itself. Anaerobic capacity can be measured by the Wingate test. In this test, the person pedal mechanically braked wheel for 30 seconds as fast and inertia is used to count revolutions. Testing the capacity of athletes often ensures that its training routines improve their skills.

Although many fitness programs emphasize endurance and aerIt enters an activity that can be kept without knocking into emergency body reserves, there are many advantages for using the anaerobic system. After accessing the anaerobic power, the metabolism of the body increases in the next few hours, which can increase weight loss. Many training routines use the period of intensive activity as part of their regime.

It has been shown that the increasing anaerobic capacity has a number of health benefits, including better athletic performance and increased metabolism. There are a number of methods to increase anaerobic capacity. One of them is to train with high intensity as long as possible, which is usually only a few minutes. Another method is to train in a relatively constant effort, for example by driving for exercise and then increase the intensity of training at different intervals.
