What is a barbecue sauce?

Barbeque sauce is a strong mixture that usually consists of garlic, herbs, pepper, tomatoes, vinegar and various spices that are used for bass meat. The ingredients in each recipe are often tightly guarded by secrets and differ from place to place. Many chefs say they have their own "secret recipes", but the packaged versions are on each shelf of the supermarket across the country. It is often used interchangeably as a noun or verb. More usually comes when served. Barbeque sauce can also be used simply as a spice. The meat is the first for hours while the fireplace is ready. After being deployed on the spit, it is regularly turned and fastened with the sauce. The meat grilling is very fine and permeates with the flavor of the sauce.

Barbeque is considered a southern custom because the word was known to be used in Virginia before the 17th century. The term in America in the 18th century ran in AMErice with western cowboys who had to be fed with long skilled units. The herd owners did not want to give them good cuts of meat and usually got hard cuts such as chest, to eat. The Brisket may be stringed and unclean, but Cowboys discovered that if it was cooked for a long time for 5-7 hours, at low heat (about 200 degrees) and often baked, the meat was transformed into something tender and juicy. They soon found out that other meat, such as beef ribs, game, pork and goat, also worked well.

The origin of grilling and sauces as an American custom is sometimes questioned by those who point out that many cowboys were actually from other countries and that the word "Garbe-A-Que", which means "cooked from muzzle to tail", is French. It was also said that Barbeque was deriving the term Barbaco of the Caribbean island of Hispanioli. As it is used there, it refers to the meat itself, but to the frame of cooking in the posts.

Barbeque sauces are large companies today. You will find JE in supermarkets, gourmet shops and ordered from the Internet. Different parts of the country prefer different sauces with different ingredients. In Louisiana, for example, the sauce is traditionally hot and spicy. In Kansas it is usually sweeter and Carolinians tend to like a smoke sauce.

There are probably so many variations on grilled sauce, such as states and countries. In most cases, the amount of preparation and prolonged cooking times for traditional grilling is required as a background for gathering friends and family.
