What is beef?

Beef Lo Mein is a Chinese noodle bowl containing wheat flour noodles, vegetables and beef. Although it was created in China, food is quite popular all over the world and there is no definitive recipe for beef. The term "lo mein" refers to more to the method of preparation of wheat noodles than to any particular recipe or reducing additives. Recipes vary according to individual taste and geographical region.
