What is biryani?
Biryani is an Indian rice -based food that can be served with various masses and vegetables. This spicy bowl usually contains a number of ingredients. Meat or vegetables and rice are cooked separately with its own spices. Two parts of Biryani are combined shortly before serving. Spices such as ground ginger, turmeric, coriander and garam masala may be included in the rice. Cardamom pods, cinnamon sticks and saffron springs are also often added. Occasionally raisins or blanish almonds are also included. However, there are small differences. Ginger is more often fresh than earth and garlic, onions and sometimes cloves are usually added to the meat. Usually there is also yogurt.
