What is Bruschetta?
Bruschetta is roasted bread spiced with garlic and olive oil, commonly served as warm as an appetizer, refreshments or side dish. The name comes from the Italian word Bruscare , which means "baking over coal". There are many variations; Adding tomatoes, other vegetables or beans is common. The roasted slices are wiped with garlic cut and then drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. Salt and pepper can be added if the chef wishes. Baschetta is used as a tradition every year by testing of a new olive oil harvest.
Other variations include tomatoes, vegetables and/or cheese topping. Sometimes the bread is almost immersed in the oil, but is usually just drizzled. To prepare tomato bruschettes, the chef wipes the roasted slices of ripe tomatoes, or bread throws a layer of sliced tomatoes spicy basil, salt and pepper and then dr.izles with oil.
Bruschetta is also a means to use bread, which begins to stop by adding oil and spices to improve its taste. Many variations use JEdinally flavored baked or hard breads. Vegetable Bruschetta could include mushrooms, baked peppers and/or olives. Versions with drilling cheese may include feta, mozzarella, parmesan or even blue cheese.

Another version of the beans includes cloves, lemon juice and walnuts. Other recipes include a version with aubergine, clams or lentils. Recipes of Bruschetta, which could serve as the main meals include sausage, artichokes or shrimp.
