What is camel milk?

camel milk is milk obtained from camels. This type of milk is much more common than other types of milk in native camel habitats, which are usually very hot and dry. Unlike other other animals, camels can withstand very dry climate with small water. Some studies suggest that camel milk is also healthier than conventional cow's milk in the west. Although it is somewhat common in the Middle East countries, this type of milk is rare in countries like the United States. These types of animals often need too much water and even air conditioning to even survive. It is too difficult and expensive to maintain these animals for milk production. Not only are they able to resist heat, but they can also go much longer without water. On average, most of the boomelballs can survive for several weeks without water and are also able to survive on the desert brush diet. During this time, the female camel is also able to provide camel milk for their descendants and people.

In terms of health, there are many benefits. Compared to cow's milk, it contains more proteins, vitamin C and vitamin B. There are also more iron and potassium in camel milk. This type of milk also has lower fat and cholesterol.

Some studies suggest that the chemical composition of camel milk is very close to milk produced by human mothers. This is most likely due to the fact that the digestive system of the camel is very similar to the human system. Unlike cows and other beef animals, camels have only one stomach, as well as humans. This type of milk can be used to treat malnutrition in humans.

Although camel milk often considered and the base in the Middle East and African cuisine is usually less common in other areas of the world. For example, in the United States, only a handful of camel dairies. Since 2009, however, the owners of these dairies were allowed to consume only milk themselves and not sell it.Food and drug management (FDA) still needed camels for pathogens and drug residues to test the samples of the camel and the remnants of drugs before the milk was sold commercially.
