What is beef?

Beef beef, also called cowhow of Corned, is a popular item of meat that hears until the days before cooling. Another popular food representing meat came from Irish tradition. Corned beef was the basis of the slim time of Irish famine along with fresh or pickled cabbage. To pay tribute to those demanding times faced by their ancestors, many Irish families still serve beef and cabbage at some time. The meat is often cooked, it is not baked. This allows some excess salt and pickling spices to cook from the meat and it is coarser.

Although beef beef is rarely roasted, it can be smoked for added flavor. The smoked chest is sold as lunch -called Pastrami. Pastrami is often used in the same types withNdvičs, but has a softer texture and pepper taste.

The whole pastra loaves are usually covered with spices and whole pepper, while beef with corned can be marinated with traditional spices. Pastrami has a notorious short life, so it should be consumed within a few days of the purchase. Corned beef can also be combined with potatoes and created hash, popular breakfast in many countries.
