Curaçao Liqueur is a liqueur that is traditionally produced on the island of Curaçao in the Caribbean. Curaçao Liqueur is produced by immersing the dried Larahask peel at rest, along with other spices and some sugar. After the deployment period, the liqueur allows to settle to remove the sediment and then fill. Curaçao liqueur is clear when it is first made, but many manufacturers add color. Blue Curaçao is a famous variant for traditional drinks and can also be colorful orange, green, red or yellow. The liqueur has a distinctive orange flavor of bitterness, which is alleviated by sugar.
To become a liqueur of the liqueur at home, the dried Lahara peel can be immersed in vodka along with the whole nails, cinnamon sticks, coriander seeds and sugar.
