What is the freezing of dried acai?

Freeze dried acai is a processed form of berries. Acai Palm, grown in Central and South America, produces small, round, purple black berries, which are edible leather and pulp. Berry acai is considered to be very nutritious and effective as an antioxidant.

Acai berries contain a number of health benefits, including fiber, antioxidants and omega fatty acids three, six and nine. They also contain vitamins, minerals and protein. These are preserved when the berries are frozen.

Other benefits of lyophilized Acai are that the product is lightweight and easy to transport.
