What is Guolin Qigong?

Qigong is a Chinese practice that includes different types of physical movement-some borrowed from martial arts-visualization techniques and controlled breathing to improve physical, mental and spiritual well-being. There are several different types of Qigong, and one of them is Golin Qigong, sometimes spellable Guo Lin Qigong and also known as Walking Qigong. Golin Qigong focuses on deep breathing and visualization while walking and performing various movements of hands, hand and other bodies. Walk and other exercises believe that practitioners have beneficial effects such as relaxing the mind and body and improving blood and oxygen intake, resulting in improving health. This form of Qigong was developed at 60 and 70. Physical movements are often doneat a relaxed, gentle pace. There are different types of Qigong walking exercises that can be learned and practiced, but most share breathing focus, controlled physical movements and posture. Some common Golin Qigong exercises are a walk with wind healing, which includes deep, strong breathing and brisk walking and a walk through the eagle, which includes the movements of the arms similar to the wing.

Golin Qigong is sometimes called medicinal Qigong because of its origin as a therapeutic practice. Practicing this type of Qigong for health is common in China and has increased in popularity in other parts of the world, including the United States and Europe. It is assumed that exercise can help reduce stress and improve physical health. Some Guolin Qigong Guolin also claims that exercise helps blood and vital energy called Qi in Chinese, flows freely through the body, and that it can cure diseases such as cancer and diabetes.
