What is Livermush?
Livermush is a ground mixture of pork liver, corn food and spices. Sometimes it contains other pieces of pig head to provide taste and texture. Before serving, it is traditionally packed in a loaf, chilled and sliced. Under the United States law, it must contain at least 30% of the pork liver. In some areas she is known as the pate of a poor man or a poor boy.
