What is an overview?

Lucid Dreaming is aware that you eat while still in a dream. May or may not be accompanied by active dream control. Lucid dreaming can be fleeting because the events in the dream overtake the focus of Dreamera, or it can be so complete that even awareness of awakening and its memories is fully available in a dream. By being a dream when the nightmare is just a dream, a clear dreamer can decide to face and conquer danger or threat, gain a sense of power that spills into the awakening of life.

There is a growing support that there may be very practical uses to develop skills of clear dreams and dream control. For example, overcoming phobias and practicing for the upcoming events in which we want to succeed are ways to help clear dreams. Termination of an unhealthy relationship or the use of chances of a new career direction are other situations in which clear dreams can be used. The idea is that by creating the required scenarios first in dreams the brain in a certain sense in advance programal to provide the desired result. Lucid dreaming does not guarantee success, but it can be a useful tool.

The scientific community did not take Lucid Dreaming seriously until Stephen Laberge, Ph.D., published his pioneering research in 1981. Studies conducted in the sleeping laboratory at the University of Stanford in the late 1970s, Laberge- clear dreamer-- devised a way to communicate from the Lucid dream to the outside world.

In the dream state, the muscles of the body are paralyzed as a form of self -defense. As a result, signaling from a clear dream is problematic. However, the muscles that control the eyes remain unimpressed. Laberge in advance signaled that Lucid Dreamming began by following his dream finger as he moved him up and down, and then from side to side. Since previous dream research was known that our physical eyes often mimic the movement of our dream eyes, it was hoped thatThe printing will be able to record these movements.

with EEG for measuring brain wave activity and eye printing for recording eyes movement Laberge attempted clear in the laboratory. When the lucid dream began, he moved his dream finger up and down, then to the side and watched his gaze to signal the laboratory. Eye printing clearly noted the movements and called the first time someone ever communicated from the inside of a dream to the outside world.

After Laberge's personal success, he gathered other clear dreams to the laboratory that used different methods of eye signals, some of them raised in advance signaling from the inside of the dream approximately every 10 seconds. Dream subjects signaled every 13 seconds, in accordance with their awakening of the "10 seconds" intervals. The results were unambiguous and exaggerated dreams moved from stagnant waters of parapsychology to enter the mainstream science.

Most people have four to five dreams all night throughout the night. Rem periods are divided into a period of quiet sleep. FirstThe Rem period may not take more than a few minutes, but the Rem period spreads throughout the night, with later shifts last 45 minutes or more. As a result, people do most of their dreams in the early morning hours.

Various techniques have been designed to evoke clear dreams, but the first step is to start to realize your dreams more. There are several books available about Lucid Dreaming, including your own Laberge, lucid Dreaming: A brief guide to awakening in your dreams and in your life .
