What is Mutton Pulao?

The first step in the production of mutton Pulao is to prepare meat, although rice is usually soaked separately in clean water simultaneously. Skop should be well cleaned and then placed in a pan together with onion and paste made of ginger and garlic. The ingredients are fried in oil or ghee until the onion is soft and the meat has not received any color.
Depending on the exact style of preparation, the spice for mutton Pulao is added further in one of the two ways. They can either be gradually added when the meat is cooked, so bakes with mutton and onions, or masala can be prepared by baking spices in a dry pan and then grind them to powder. The water, supply or combination of two IS then added to the pan, so the meat is covered and the whole mixture is boiled until the meat is fully cooked and the liquid has become a tasty broth.
