What is our goreng?

Nasi Goreng is a fried rice bowl that is widely popular in Indonesia and Malaysia. The word "us" means rice and "goreng" fried. In addition to the basic rice components, NASI GOREng can be made with a number of other ingredients that include meat, seafood and vegetables. Fried rice can also be flavored with various sauces and spices.

As one of the most popular meals in Asia, our goreng is served in many Indonesian and Malaysian restaurants. It is also one of the most popular street food sold by trucks, food stalls and road guests. Nasi Goreng is an essential part of the festive buffets at the ceremonies. In home kitchens, food is often consumed for breakfast and is made of remaining rice from a previous dinner. Residual rice is ideal because it can be quickly added to a bowl without prevailing.
