What is our povel?

NASI PECEL is Javanese food that consists of Nasi Putih or rice, which is consumed with boiled vegetables and peanut sauce. Vegetables and sauce serve as a main spice. It is especially popular in the eastern and central provinces of Java, which is one of the islands that consists of Southeast Asia Indonesia, as well as the location of the capital Jakart in the country. NASI PECEL is one of the most popular meals made and consumed in Indonesia. Bean sprouts; and Cassava or papaya leaves. The inhabitants of Eastern Java use Kembang Turi or leaves from the tree Sesbania Grandiflora . This is also known as a tree of humming or a Wisteria Scarlet tree. Commonly used vegetables include cabbage and lime leaves. Vegetables are cooked and postponed while a peanut sauce is prepared.

Preparing OA peanut sauce usually begins with grinding roast peanuts. Instead, some people decide to use peanut butter or insertion. Another paste is created by a combination of baked birdEyes of chile, garlic, soy sauces, ginger, sugar, dried shrimp and salt.

As soon as the second paste is formed, it is added to the peanut paste. During mixing, hot water is added to make sure it is not too strong. The resulting paste must have a smooth texture. At this point, more sugar or salt can be added to the taste of the chef. After performing the resulting peanut sauce, the vegetables should be arranged on a plate and the sauce was poured on it.

In addition to rice, the Indonesians eat our nasi pcel with a crispy cracker rice flour called rempeyek and traditional Indonesian soy food object called tempeh or tempeh.
