What is a pear?

pear bread is a type of fast or yeast fruit bread made of pears. Like texture such as banana bread, pear bread can be made of nuts such as walnuts or almonds or without. A good choice of breakfast, this bread is sometimes described as a comfortable meal. It is usually produced at home and is often not commercially.

buttermilk glaze is a popular dressing for this bread. This glaze is made of buttermilk, sugar and butter and also adds flour or corn starch to thicken the liquid and vanilla extract for flavoring. All components are mixed and then cooked. The glaze is then drizzled through the finished bread.
