What is physical strength?
Physical force in a person is defined as how much power or resistance that can use for any given task. The basis is how much one can lift, wear or pull without causing any damage. It is also related to physical endurance, which is how long you can transmit or move the weight. Many people around the world work regularly to stay in shape, but when a real strength training is done, an important aspect is how much weight can be lifted or moved, not how long the task can be performed. Depending on whether the task is part of everyday work or is a hobby such as lifting power, the exercise regime will differ. If objects move daily, less force and other stamina will be needed.
