What is PIYAZ?

PIYAZ is a Turkish salad, or limits , which is made of beans and eggs cooked. Preparing food for cold beans is quite simple and the result is a layered salad, which serves as a very healthy snack or small food. In countries outside the Middle East, PIYAZ is also referred to as Turkish bean salad.

Turkish cuisine often involves spreading different limits. The limits are roughly translated into "taste" or "refreshments". They are usually given as small meals designed to provide only a few bites. When consuming as a large meal, about a dozen limits are prepared.
