What is Pljeskavica?

Pljeskavica is a meat food that came from Serbia, in Leskovac. It is popular in the southeastern parts of Europe, especially in the Balkan region. It also gained some popularity in the western areas of Europe, especially in Austria and Germany. The food is usually served hot and is accompanied by a grilled onion. In some places, Plajeskavica is also served with an attachment.
