What is qutab?
qutab is a traditional meal of Azerbaijani origin, which is made of thin rolled dough, which is fried on a flat iron plate and filled with various fillings. There are several variations of this dish, but the ingredients contained in the body are relatively in accordance with all types of qutab and include eggs, salt, water and flour as the main components.
