What is the GUI?

GUI is a type of oolong tea that is grown and prepared in China. In fact, his name means cinnamon, partly because his leaves smell weakly cinnamon and cook on a cup of tea with spicy tones. Rou Gui is known to be one of Wuyi oolong teas, sometimes known as Rock Oolong because it grows in an area with soil enriched with volcanic rock. Like many oolongs, this tea can usually resist several ways of cooking, often offers different flavors and aromas with every consecutive cooking. For example, the differences between black, green and oolong tea have to do with the degree of oxidation allowed during processing. For example, green tea is not allowed to oxidize, but it is Teploed soon after pulling oxidation. On the other hand, black tea is usually crushed or rolled after the selection to break its cell walls and allow it to be fully oxidized. Oolong tea is partially oxidized and the amount of oxidation that occurs is varied according to the type of tea.

Partial oxidation of oolong teas can produce some remarkably complex flavors, such as RO GUI. The dry leaf Ra Gui is usually dark brown and slightly twisted. Like many other rock oolongs, it is usually baked. The amount of baking depends on the decisions made by the tea master who oversees the production of tea. Some people like strongly roasted tea, while others feel that tea with a lighter roast gives up finer flavors of a real tea leaf.

Rou Gui or any oolong tea can be cooked in different ways, but many people feel it cooked in traditional Chinese tea goods such as a covered cup, also known as Gaiwan , or in a small tea pot. A typical method of cooking oolong tea for maximum taste is the use of a large amount of leaf and a small amount of hot water. The tea is initially allowed to cook for about 30 seconds, but the subsequent infusions can take a little longer. Those inThe steps not only help maintain available oolong tea, but to allow tea drinkers to taste different nuances of taste, as the leaves continue to inflict.
