What is souvlakia?
souvlakia, also known as "souvlaki", is one of the typical meals in the Greek street food kitchen. Souvlakia consists of a beveled grilled meat and can be served with bread Pita, tomatoes, onions and tzatziki. Souvlakia is the Greek counterparts of Turkish Shish-kebabs.
