What is Taoist yoga?
Taoist yoga, also known as "Flow Yoga" and "Yin Yoga", refers to modern yoga art that combines Indian and Chinese cultural traditions. This practice uses stretching, visualization and meditation next to fine movements. It is assumed that they build strength, promote self -realization and restore the balance between the body and the mind. Taoist yoga has three primary health goals and its positions are designed to target areas that require special attention. During the Taoist yoga class, students perform similar warm -up activities that are made in Hatha yoga. The instructor then leads the class in movements and stretching exercises based on the principles of acupuncturesy. These exercises should open channels associated with 12 internal organs, which improves their health or facilitates problems that affect them. Feelings of tightness in the body and mind are solved by the attitudes of yoga. The class is often approaching some singing, respiratory techniques and meditation.
