What is Teriyaki?

Teriyaki is a cooking technique in Japanese cuisine. It consists of grilling or grilling food, usually meat, in sweet, strong soy sauce marinade called tare . The sauce itself is often called teriyaki in English. In Japan, Teriyaki is most often used to cook fish. Teriyaki literally means "shiny grill" due to the shiny appearance of food cooked in a sweet sauce. Both brown or white sugar can be used. The ingredients are mixed together to heat until the sugar is pulled out and then boiled until the sauce is reduced to the desired consistency. Ginger, green onions or both can be added closer to the end of the cooking process.

Mirin is a sweet rice wine used in Japanese cuisine. It is usually not used as a drink and is sweeter and stronger than drinking wine. Mirin comes in two varieties; Mirin's hunt has about 14% alcohol with volume (ABV), while Shin Mirin has only 1% ABV. Both species can be found on the Japanese market or in the part of the international food in some SUPERMARKETECH. Mirin adds a scent and a little sweet to the sauce.

Creating sauce is simple and it is easy to adapt any recipe to suit personal tastes. Sweetness can be treated with a lot of added sugar, the thickness is determined depending on how long the sauce allows to cook, and adding another ginger or green onions causes a sauce with a larger kick. The food cooked in the Teriyaki method is usually a sauce several times when it is cooked. Food can also be marinated in Tars before cooking, so it absorbs the taste. Teriyaki is often consumed with rice and can be served hot or cold.

In non-Japanese cultures, it is often used freely, to describe any sweet soybean sauce. OmThe A can also be used as a spice in the west, rather than a marinade in which food is cooked. After cooking, it is sometimes filmed only for food or is used as a sauce, for example for chicken wings.
