What is card training?
Card Exercise is simply an exercise that uses a random drawing of playing cards to determine which exercise and the number of repetitions to perform this exercise. It is simple and does not require any special equipment, only a package of playing cards. Depending on the exercises used, the card training usually takes about 40 minutes, but provides a great way to have fun and different exercises every time. For example, the heart can be push-up, the spades are sit-up, clubs require chin-ups, and every time a diamond is drawn, squats are ready. This is not set in stone and almost no exercises can be used. Other examples include lungs, wheel run, bicepine curls or benches. As part of the exercise routine, equipment can be used as a zone and weight of resistance.
The number of repetitions for each exercise is determined by the nominal value of the card. If, for examps, deception is drawn, then two repetitions are performed. If the card is two clubs, then two chin should be completed from previous assigned exercises. Iffive hearts will also appear, five clicks are completed. It continues until the entire package of 52 cards is inverted.
Face cards, jacks, queens and kings, are counted as ten repetitions of each exercise. ACE has a higher value and is assigned to a hefty 15 repetition. The card exercises offer variants and some include resting time after drawing 10 cards. Others include a period of rest with each ace drawn; Either way, it is up to the individual to organize his exercise.
You want to complete the card training, mix the complete package of 52 cards. Select the top card from the deck and make the appropriate exercise depending on the suit and the number of repetitions. Some people include The Jokers as wild cards, which can mean another period of rest or for hard core coaches, 20 repetitions. This is repeated until the deck is exhausted.
People new in training can take advantage of card training to startIm training mode. Experienced athletes can break the monotony of exercise in a gym with a random nature of this exercise. It is also useful for people who travel and do not have access to the local gym, because card training can be performed almost anywhere.
