What is a kind diet?
Kind Diet is a diet plan that promotes the complete removal of all processed and animal products as a means to help weight loss and improve the environment. The diet plan was presented by American actress Alicia Silverstone in 2009 in his book Kind Diet: A simple guide to feel great, weight loss and save the planet. It is based on the notion that avoidance with processed and animal products not only helps dieter to lose weight and improve their health, but that it is also more ethical not to kill animals for food. Silverstone also promotes food as a means of improving the environment and reducing pollution in the air by limiting processed foods produced in factories and reducing the use of synthetic packaging materials.
