What is Tumpeng?
Tumgeng is an Indonesian festive meal that has a large cone of rice surrounded by various vegetables and meat. This attachment may vary depending on the occasion and the region and each represents a different value. Tumbieng is often served on a round bamboo plate called Tampah , which is covered with banana leaves. A cone -shaped mountain is usually made from a bamboo shaper, but can also be done by hand.
