What is a subpronation?

failure is a condition in which the leg does not fit optimally on the ground while walking or running. It is also called supination, subpronation can be considered as walking on the outsides of the legs to an individually determined degree, although the intensity of the outer roll may be almost imperceptible to the observer at any moment.

Because it is not always obvious for a layman, a simple view of the wear of old walking or running shoes can be used for roughly diagnosis. The subpronator shoes will have more wear on the outer edge, especially backwards, showing the placement of the impact during running. It is generally assumed that subpronation is not fatalistically associated with the shape of the legs or anatomy, but that it is highly connected to high arches and to be legs on the bow. This movement is responsible for the Sildopad distribution and shock absorption. Another way to think about it is that the pronation controls where and when the weight gets to the ground. With normal or neutral pronation, the entire leg will bind to the ground. UnderThe extent put the weight on the outside of the foot, which is too rigid surface to effectively absorb shock.

Normal pronation is characterized by the initial contact of the outer part of the heel, an inner role of about 15 percent with complete contact with the ground, and then even by removing the ground from the front of the foot. On the other side of subpronation begins with external contact on the heel. Instead of rolling inside 15 percent, as if it were in a neutral pronation, the leg instead rolles in less than 15 percent, which puts more weight on the outside of the foot. At the end of the walking cycle, the smaller fingers must do all the work of the displacement and adequate stress of these fingers.

Non -perceptions can experience pain in the arch or on the heel and more rarely lower pain in the body. Excessive pressure or voltage on the leg of insufficient elaboration can cause spurs on the heel if it is not treated. Although the damage to the legs is before insufficientIt is important to wear suitable shoes for personal comfort and protection against injuries.

There are shoes designed specifically for sub -authorities, usually contain additional suspension, increased shock absorption and added stability. Suitable shoes are the most recommended method of pain management caused by a condition and also to prevent foot damage. Lack rarely requires surgery and can be considered a relatively benign suffering that will only become a problem when the optimal use of the foot is required.
