What is Viniyoga ™?

Viniyoga ™ is a form of yoga that focuses on the use of breath to drive movement. Practice is less engaged in the correct location than typical styles of yoga and more focused on the specific effect that each body position has. It can be a highly personalized experience, with a specific routine of positions and movements designed by one -on -one lesson instructor. However, the method can also be used in class settings. Although it is to conceive students at all levels of abilities and health, this practice has proved to be particularly effective as physical therapy, and especially in patients with back pain.

The term viniyoga essentially means "application" and "use" or "employ" in Sanskrit. It also literally concerns departments and departments. It is a practice derived from the teachings of T.K.V. Desikacachar and T. Krishnamacharya. Although Desikacachar once used viniyoga to describe his belief in the singing flexibility with the tools of yoga practice, he eventually gave up his connection with the term. Krishnocharya, more devoted practicingforms, compared the spirit of practice with the natural development of the day, from dawn, to noon and further to sunset.

In addition to personalized practice and breathing, Viniyoga ™ strongly focuses on repetition of movements. This allows the instructor to carefully observe the student and collect information on which methods work best. The instructor often constantly creates new combinations of movement and poses to suit the needs of the student.

When Viniyoga ™ is used, it draws on the principles of yoga I Ayurvedy or traditional Indian medicine. Because it is less dependent on an improved form than on many typical yoga styles, but rather on adapting movements and positions for optimal effect on the TTLE, practice can be very effective as a form of physical therapy. Recurrent routines can help gently rebuild the strength and flexibility of muscle. Many of the positions used in Viniyoga ™ also isolate different parts of the body that can be effective in targeted healing.

Viniyoga ™ can help patients with injury and severe pain in addition to reducing discomfort in individuals with typical daily pain and pain. It has been shown to be particularly useful for patients with persistent pain in the lower back, including the bone between the hips known as Sacrum. Practice can also reduce tension and pain in the shoulders, upper back, neck and hips.
