What is white pudding?
White Pudding is a type of sausage from the UK. It is similar to the construction of blood pudding, containing sugar, oats or bread, stay and crushed pork. Often it contains onion and can have a cinnamon or other sweet -oriented spices.
The ingredients are very similar to some baked or stewed puddings for which the Irish and British are well known. This is responsible for the fact that the white pudding is called pudding instead of sausage. The difference is that the pudding is filled in packaging and is usually fried in individual cuts.
Unlike blood pudding, white pudding does not contain animal blood. It is reminiscent of a bastard of Banger, but it tends to have a larger circuit. Scotland makes a smaller version of a similar size to a large American hot dog that can be served.
White pudding is often included in a traditional Irish breakfast. This breakfast would also include several slices of fried blood pudding, ham or Irish bacon, eggs and fried potatoes.
Most of the Irish houses, however, such a breakHe doesn't even serve every day. Instead, oats or wheat porridge is a more likely breakfast in the Irish house. However, a special day of holidays, such as St. Patrick Day, could stimulate a larger or more work breakfast that includes white pudding.
