What is yakitors?
Yakititi is a Japanese version of Shish Kebab. In particular, it is a skewer chicken food that is cooked on the grill. The chicken is cut into pieces of the size of the bite, climbed on metal or bamboo bars and boiled above the blazing bed of coal. Like other types of grilling, yakitites are made of distinctive sauce. The sauce is called TARE sauce and is made of soy sauce, sugar, skirt and mirin. Saké and Mirin are both types of Japanese rice wine, but differ in terms of their alcohol content.
As soon as the chicken is dressed with sauce, it cooks over the coal until it becomes quite tender. Sometimes yakitors are simply dressed salt instead of sauce, but that's less common. Although all yacitors are made of chicken, there are many variations on the bowl that use different types of chicken parts. For example, torinic is a variation in which only pieces of white meat are served. Tebasaki is a variation made of chicken victories.
This kind of Japanese grill also uses organ meat found in chicken. When food is made of chicken heart, it is called hats. When it is made of acorns, it is called Sunagimo or Zuri. The top and grilled chicken liver is called Reba. When the food is made with the small intestines chicken, it is called shiro. There are also many other variations that use other parts of chicken such as leather, tail and cartilage.
In addition to these chicken meals, there are also types of Japanese skewers that use meat from other animals. These meals that are not poultry are referred to as Kushiyaki. They used pigs and oxen meat and sometimes have vegetarian proteins like tofu and vegetables. Enoki Maki is a kind of Kushiyaki, which is made of mushrooms that are wrapped in a thin slice of pork, dressed with sauce, and then grilled. Asuparabekon is a kind of Kushiyaki, which is made of asparagus and bacon.
Many restaurants that serve yakitors also serve Kushiyaki and dishesYou can take together during the same meal. They can also enjoy other Japanese meals such as sushi and udon. All these meals are well accompanied by a good bottle that can be administered chilled or warmed.
