What is the muscle memory function?

muscle memory function is essentially easier to facilitate certain physical actions and eventually allow them without conscious thinking. This process occurs by repeating a specific action in a certain, usually lengthy period of time. During this repetition or practice of movement, new nerve pathways in the brain are likely to be created that allow you to perform actions with less and less conscious efforts by human. Once a sufficient level of practice or repetition is achieved, muscle memory develops and future actions can be carried out more easily.

While the exact way in which muscle memory develops may not be fully understood, the function of this process is quite simple. Almost any kind of movement that a person wants to take requires conscious thoughts to move his body in this way. Someone sitting on the computer keyboard for the first time must consider every key they want to press and consciously press the keys. In a similar way someone holds a baseball bat and swinging to hit the ball for the first time, must usually have their own atLnost and turn in mind to connect correctly with the ball.

These types of movements require conscious efforts because no muscle memory has yet developed to simplify the process. However, because these movements and actions are repeated, muscle memory begins to create new ways in the brain. "Memory" does not exist literally in the muscles of the body of a person, but instead it is in the brain as well as other forms of memory. This type of muscle memory allows a person to repeat an action he learned by practice and repetition without consciously thinking about the action.

As soon as someone spent enough time writing on the keyboard, then he developed sufficient muscle memory so he no longer has to think to every key. If this person has practiced writing without a key view, then this memory even allows accurate writing without looking at what keys are affected. Someone swinging a ball on the ball develops the same type of memory and may begin with PerfTo swing more without thinking about how a bat clamping or ensuring that a swing is at a level.

muscle memory is used by people to allow to learn and simplify the movement of all kinds. The infant learns to crawl and then walk through repetition and practice and eventually create muscle memories of these actions that can last his entire life. However, if these nerve paths are damaged or disturbed, these muscle memories may be lost and someone may have to re -indicate action or movement.
