What is an autodialer?

Autodialorals are communication devices that allow you to dial a large number of phone numbers simultaneously. There are a number of different types of Autodialer devices, each providing a different set of auxiliary tools that are suitable for different situations. Today, most telemarketing businesses today and in call centers operated by major companies today widely use most telemarketing companies.

The creation of an autodialing system usually includes a combination of hardware and software to perform this function. Hardware includes a telephone system, a battery of strains or rows to be used for dialing purposes, and an autodialer capable of performing tone and voice recognition. The software provides a platform for creating call lists, planning a specific number of repeated attempts for each number that has not been connected, and also to determine the protocol for what happens when the connection is connected.

There are basically three ways ofuautodialer can be set. NoThe more basic setting combines the Autodialer back to the operator. The basic auto -aller usually requires the manual frontal queue of the pre -list of calls to start the process. The Autodialer then continues to turn the numbers on the list, dialing so many numbers at the same time. After connecting the connection, the line is immediately transferred to the operator, which then begins to interact with the individual at the other end of the connection. This approach is ideal for small businesses

The

slight variation of the basic Autodialer process allows you to transfer the line to another available operator. This is achieved using software to create what is known as a hunting group. Basically, when the connection is completed, the Autodialer then starts to scan another available operator in the Hunt Group and automatically converts the Naten operator. This process is often trouble -free to the called side and there is little time to transmit connections. ThisThe approach usually allows you to dial larger blocks of numbers simultaneously from the central call center and may not require a manual challenge to start dialing.

Slightly sophisticated Autodialer settings are used in many telemarketing situations. Here the Autodialer starts playing a pre -recorded message as soon as the connection is established. The message may invite an individual to press the key on the touch tones of the phone to talk to the representative or allow the called access to the side to the menu that can be navigated using the touch tone prompts. One of the common applications is to create a HOLD message that prompts a volatile side to stay on the line while the connection is transferred to the operator. This approach is ideal for use with political campaigns, civic notifications or other applications where it is not desirable or fuchiment to maintain great power for employees for telemarketing projects.

Almost every type of autodialer includes technology that allows the system to recognize, KDy was linked to the connection at the moment of termination. However, this recognition is usually limited to either the interpretation of the tones that occur when it is attached or recognizes the sound of the human voice. This means that the basic autodialer cannot distinguish between the person responding to the phone, and the answering machine that raises the connection and starts playing a pre -recorded message.
