What Is a Perception Check?

If the perception is normal, a reflective blinking motion must occur immediately after touching the cornea. If the reflection is dull, it means that there is a decrease in consciousness, and if the consciousness completely disappears, there is no performance after touch. Both eyes should be tested the same for easy comparison and judgment.

The corneal perception test is used to check whether the cornea feels normal. If keratitis or ulcers are found without significant irritation symptoms, a corneal sensation test should be performed to determine whether the trigeminal nerve has inorganic energy reduction or paralysis symptoms.
