What is the training of the integrative body?

Integrative training of the body mind (IBMT) is a technique for adults and pediatric meditation developed in the 90s Yi-Yuan Tang, professor of the Institute of Neuroinformatics and Laboratory for Body and Mind in Dalian in China, in cooperation with the University of Oregon psychologist Michael Posner. This technique is based on traditional Chinese medicine, Taoism and Confucianism. Unlike other meditation techniques that focus on controlling thinking and require long -term training, the integrative training of the body mind focuses on the awareness of the body and the mind through short -term training. Gradual control of thinking comes later-natural, through posture, breathing, relaxation and body harmony. After a short-term training of only five days-and only 20 minutes each of these days-the participants tell increased attention, relaxation and awareness of the body. Most participants notice a significant drop in daily stress, anxiety, depression, anger and fatigue. In addition, test groups show an overall improvement in emotional and kognniTive performance and improved social behavior. Rather, training courses are led by highly qualified coaches.

coaches are responsible for providing a relaxed atmosphere and leading participants in the respiratory and posture, mental films and soothing music to achieve harmony of the body mind. They follow the participants to ensure the correct practice of techniques, and carefully monitor the facial expressions and body allusions to signs of struggle or stress. After each session, the coach gives participants individual feedback and answers questions. Coaches believe that everyone has full potential for inner beauty and is their task to lead participants in achieving full potential through individualized feedback.

Integrative body -Mind training includes three levels of adult training and one level - health and wisdom - for children. Three levels of adult training include body health (BMH), body balance (BMB) and ČIŠthese bodies (BMP). Adults who control all three levels, as shown by theoretical and practical testing, may apply to become a coach. Potential coaches must have experience and complete other training by working with experimental and control groups to ensure that they understand the training exactly as it is intended.

Tang personally trained thousands of Chinese children and adults, aged 4 to 90 years to use the integration training techniques of the body. While compact discs (CDS) are available, tang said it is difficult to teach from the CD without first coaching. Since the beginning of 2011, IBMT has been offered only in China. It has not yet reached the United States, external testing and research at the University of Oregon.
