What are different dumbbell types?

Dumbbell exercises are weightlifting movements that include the use of free weights. These exercises, which were supposed to strengthen and tint muscles, can be carried out using a single dumbbell or weight and can be done in almost any position if the work is carried out against gravity upwards. They can be used to strengthen almost every main muscle group, especially those in the upper body. Examples of different types of dumbbells include chest presses, rows, shoulder press, biceps curls and triceps extension. They can also take place when performing body weight exercises for the lower body, such as squats and lunges, as well as a number of basic exercises.

The five main muscle groups of the upper body, all of which can be trained with dumbbells, are chest, back, shoulders, biceps and triceps. One dumbbec LL for the muscles of the chest, pectoral, is a chest press in which the practitioner lies face up inEven hands, lowering the dumbbells on both sides of the chest and pushing them directly above the chest until the arms are straight. The line is a dumbbell for back exercises - especially trapezoids, rhombuses and latissimus dorsi - which is done in the opposite direction to the chest press. The trainer stands on the sides, so the back is straight and pulls the dumbbells to both sides of the chest and then reduces them back to the floor.

for the shoulder press, exercise for deltooids, sitting exercises or stands that hold the dumbbells on both sides at the face height and push them directly above their heads until the arms are straight. To process the arms are on the back of the arm and on the back of the arm exercise with dumbbells for biceps. The biceps is carried out by positioning or sitting with a dumbbell in each hand, curling weights towards the shoulders and lowering them back until the arms are straight. One version of the triceps extension, from which several depending on how the body is placed, includes becoming bent from the hips with a flat back, the elbows firmly attracted to the side and dumbbell in each hand. Exercise then roIt sees the arms back until they are straight and slowly do not reduce them until the elbows are bend to 90 degrees.

Exercise

dumbbells for the lower body usually include body weight exercises and at the same time hold the barbell in every hand. One example is a squat in which one stands with legs, hip width apart, reduces the hips down and back towards the floor, pushes the heels and stands back up. Another is a walk in which one takes a big step forward and at the same time lowers the back knee towards the floor and then presses the front leg to get up at the same time and step -through leg forward. The third example of the dumbbell for the lower body is a deadlift in which one holds the dumbbells against the front of the thighs, squeezes the hips backwards until the section is felt in hamstring, and then presses the hips forward.
