What are salmon?
Salmonberries are raspberry shaped in shape of color from light yellow to dark orange found on most northwest Pacific. The berries can be slightly bitter to sweet, depending on maturity and often refreshing through passing tourists. Salosberry is usually not for sale, if on small stands and markets on the farm and markets, even if they make passage jam and canned if enough can be collected. Salmon is sometimes confused with Cloudberries, other close relatives, although salmon grow on the bushes, while Cloudberries tends to hug the ground.
Salmonberries grow up to six feet (two meters) high with wide, fuzzy leaves and thorns.
