A good number of vegans and some vegetarians consider fish to be meat because fish and seafood are animals. Some vegans consider the term pesco-vegetarianism offensive, because it means that the person in question is vegetarian. Some pegians are considered vegetarian because they avoid land animals. Your personalIt is a long way to define the world around you. In the end, it is important to realize that a pestarian decides to eat as they do for many good reasons. These reasons are diverse, but include the desire to reduce pollution caused by increasing and butcher's farm, eating a cleaner and eating less meat overall.

The main problem of food cleaner and consumption of pesscetarian is that fish, even wildly, are subject to any contamination that are exposed to waters where they are caught. Some carnivorous fish are found higher levels of mercury and PCB. Avoid shark, swordfish, tilefists and mackerel, because it is known that these fish have a high level of mercury. Fish that are higher in fat, such as salmon, have the advantage over ground animals due to high concentrations of healthy omega-3 fatty acids. Shrimp and oysters are also good sources of trace minerals and nutrients that can be difficult to find in plant foods. It is the addition of these fatty acids that recent research shows, giving some peitteriians the advantage over vegetarians.
