What is a prison exercise?
Prison exercise is a number of exercises that correspond to the limitation of prison cells. This activity must not require any weight or special equipment and must be limited to a very small area. Burpees, push up and wall squats usually form the main part of the training. These routines are popular with non-imprisonment because they do not require any expensive equipment or membership and can be done quickly in space as small as an apartment.
