What is the move?

Stroke is a type of weightlifting in which the jack performs a partial dead elevator. This means that the arms are held straight and hang in front of the body and the dumbbell is pulled only by straight arms rather than turning as in the exercise of the dumbbell. The difference between the stroke of the stand and the dead elevator is used equipment and height at which Barbell is located for the starting position. The dead elevator begins with Barbel on the ground, while the trace of the track begins with Barbel resting on the weight stand of the higher from the ground.

To perform this exercise, a squat stand or weight stand for this exercise will be required and most jacks during the stand will be necessary for experienced jacks. People who are new to strength training may want to try this exercise with less weight than they try with a heavier weight, as the wrong form can lead to injury. All weightlifting of this type should be done with an observer nearby if possible even if the squat stand provides a certain level of security if liftedforces it to lose weight on the dumbbell.

To perform a trace, the jack will load the corresponding amount of weight per dumbbell and puts weights and barbell on a table with squat to hold the stand at approximately knee height or slightly lower. This can be done by adjusting the pins on the squat rack to make the supports at the correct height. Once the weight is in place, the jack will stand in front of the dumbbell and grasp it with palms heading inside to the body. The rest will be a slope forward at the waist with slightly bent knees. Then it lifts the weight with the arms still hanging down until the act is at the height of the thighs or just below the hips. The arms should not bend throughout the movement. The jack can tslepice return to the starting position.

Movement repeats several times for the best training with short residues of a second or two between each repetition. A number of repetitions can be repeated after 30 seconds to a minute of rest to allow the muscles to recover before the re -m by supporting weight.
