What is the backbend?

Backbend is a slight form of twisting the body in which the upper half of the body is bent back until the upper part of the head almost reaches the ground. It is a basic gymnastic move and is done by gymnasts for both shoulder stretching and to start more dramatic movements such as return Walkovers. Backbend is also sometimes used during yoga sessions, but here usually begins with location rather than constant. It is important to note that an attempt to perform a backbend without proper preparation can lead to serious injury. To begin with movement, the artist stands directly with his feet about the width of the shoulders. She raises his hands so that her fingers point to the ceiling, and then bend back back by liquid movement until her crown of her head starts near the ground. And this phase usually plaits the palms on the ground with the fingers heading to its heels. Very flexible contoritists sometimes differ this last step by causing their ankles or calves to see that their bodies are folded in half.

Backbend is a basic gymnastic move. Sometimes it does gymnasts to simply stretch the muscles of the upper body. In general, however, these are the basic movements that set more complex movements such as return Walming and hand -held instructions.
