What is the spatula?

The spy is one of the most common cooking tools. It is a simple tool that is essentially flat, usually a square piece of plastic or metal, at the end of the straight handle. It also goes through the names Tosser, Turner and Flipper and even a fish slice. As these names indicate, the tool is basically used to overturn food, usually in a pan. For example, you can use a spatula to overturn hamburger patty. Some blades have slots or holes that facilitate food exhaustion, and others are solid. Other variations of meters do not have such distinctive ends and are made of more flexible material, useful for mixing and scraping the bowls of the dough into the cake.

For safety reasons, kitchen spaces usually have a handle with a sufficient length to keep cooking hands off the road. The handle should be strict enough to control food processing. On the contrary, the spatula blade must be flexible and thin enough to safely and efficiently get the food. MarkThe number of styles of the spatula has blades that are longer on the one hand to help maneuver food. They come in metal, plastic or wood. Recently, heat resistant silicone has also become a popular material.

blades and spatula handles come in different sizes. Those with shorter blades are usually used to cook or rotate small objects such as biscuits, meat, pancakes or eggs. Medium -size blades are often used when cooking vegetables on the brewhouse. If large pieces of meat or fish are being prepared, larger blades with long handles are usually more useful.

The length of the handle also depends on the task for which it is used. Shorter handles are often found on spatulas used for cooking food in small pans or lines. For tasks that require the chef to reach meals remotely such as oven-beketed food or food prepared on grill grillIlu, spatula with longer handles are popular.

Other culinary use for spatches is scratching and mixing. The chefs often turn the blade upside down, and use the pressure to scrape food from the bottom of the pan, which was followed during cooking or baking. More pliable meters with narrower blades, such as rubber magazines, are also regularly used to mix dry ingredients for recipes. A special tool called icing, which is relatively narrow, is often used to apply icing and icing on the surfaces of cakes and cupcakes. Spatules can also refer to the tool used in the design.
