What is Squat Zercher?

Squat Zercher is one of the more painful exercises that can be done in the gym. This includes lifting the dumbbell with a cheater of the arm rather than hands, starting with the squat position and the transition to a permanent position and then back to the squat. Squat Zercher can be done from the starting position - with a dumbbell on the bike - up to standing up and back down, or it can be done by getting the dumbbell only once and squats without Barbell back to the ground between repetitions.
